Account Security
Account security depends on the verified access route, private credentials and control of every active device session.
| Unique password | A password not reused for email, wallet, social or another game account. |
|---|---|
| OTP | A one-time code used to verify a login or action. It should not be sent to another person. |
| Session | An active authenticated connection on a browser or device. Unknown sessions should be closed. |
| Recovery route | The current account-reset path reached from the verified platform, not from a chat message. |
| Wallet credential | A JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank PIN, OTP or security value that stays private. |
| Impersonation | A person or page pretending to be support and asking for credentials, payment or remote access. |
Security response sequence
If access may be compromised, use a trusted device and verified recovery route, change the password, close other sessions, review transactions and secure the linked email and wallet. Do not negotiate with an impersonator or pay a private recovery fee.
